We are bringing fun to the barn. Owners, trainers, family and friends gathered for another Open house. Showcased were horses currently in training, young prospects who have begun their schooling and veteran champion Apaladin, who loved his moment under the spotlight. We all enjoyed wonderful food prepared by Danielle, mouthwatering brownies Joan treated us to and toasted with Champagne.

As you can see we horse lovers know how to party. Join us for the next Open House on April 7th. All are welcome.

Another great Open House at Des Fountain Training this past Saturday. Danielle made her award winning lasagna, and everyone had a great time. The horses put on a show and it was great to see everyone. Apaladin, at age 18, showed the younger horses how it is supposed to get done. He made some fantastic passes with Susan and Rebecca and then took Don Lapp for a few rounds. Nobody apparently has told him that he is 18 and retired. Stasha should have some pics up soon. Thanks again everyone for the great turnout.

Back From Scottsdale

We are back from the Scottsdale Arabian show. The weather was great and we saw some very interesting young prospects. Let us know if you are looking for a youngster to develop and market. We found a few that is bound to set the ring on fire.

Corleone Shines at Des Fountaine Open House

Scott Morris’ young stallion, Corleone, wowed everyone at our February montly open house. This young stallion is by National Champion Noble Express and out of National Champion Willette. He just keeps getting better and we are extremely excited to see him in the showring this year.

Our First monthly Open Barn was a huge success and everyone that attended had a great time. It was a beautiful sunny day, the Arabian horses worked great and lunch was delicious. Thanks for coming out and we plan on making this a monthly event on the first Saturday of every month except when we are at a show. All clients, friends and interested parties are welcome to attend.
